MTRE. DANIELLE OIKNINE

Mtre. Danielle Oiknine was called to the Quebec Bar in 1976, after receiving her civil law degree from the University of Montreal in 1975.

Over 35 years, she has built a prominent practice in Montreal, representing numerous individuals and corporations in a wide variety of civil, commercial and family matters.

A seasoned litigator, Mtre. Oiknine has represented clients before all levels of Courts and arbitration bodies, and has acted as counsel in numerous cases before the Quebec Court of Appeal.
